How Can We Help You

At Rae Benson we do everything we can reasonably think of to ensure that our merchandise is free of manufacturing or other defects and if an item is defective we will accept the item for refund or exchange. Some exclusions do apply.

Returns on Purchases

Rae Benson will accept returns on purchased items within the first 14 calendar days after the confirmed delivery date except on sale marked items, custom made items, and personalized items.

Any items returned must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged to receive a refund which will be made minus any shipping cost. No exceptions can be given past that 14 days’ time-frame.

To initiate a return, a return merchandise authorization will be required to process a return.

Please email us at returns@raebenson.com so we will send you a return merchandise authorization form and provide you with instructions on how returns should be shipped back to us, such as original packaging and boxes sent with the items originally purchased. Please note that you will still be responsible for any shipping charges.

Requests for refund or exchange of merchandise purchased must have the original printed receipt and the return merchandise authorization form. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, minus cost of shipping and refunds (if applicable) and this process could take up to 15 days.
